Refund policy
Important! Our products are high quality but remain delicate. To reduce waste, please order thoughtfully. Return shipping is always at own expense (We do not offer return labels).
Our return policy lasts for 30 days, If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept returns, unless the item is already in transit with trackable shipping link
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at hello@nommet.com with your order number, and preferably a photo of the product.. The product must not have been used, and the packaging must be intact. If these conditions are not met, it may result in a depreciation, for which you are liable.
For full order returns, the purchase amount and standard shipping costs are refunded. For partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Share the tracking link by mail as soon as the package is shipped.
Always ship with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please note: we do not accept returns of personalized or unique items.
Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any depreciation resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics, and functionality. You may test the item as you would in a physical store. If the item is used beyond that, it is considered used, and you may only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the item's commercial value upon receipt. To receive a full refund, the item must be tested without actual use. If the product is used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, a proportional amount may be deducted from the refund.
To return an item, please use our online return form and follow the instructions. You may also return the item by other means at your own expense using the standard return form at the bottom of this page.
Warranty
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is a 2-year warranty covering material and/or manufacturing defects. Defects must be reported within a reasonable time and no later than two years after receipt to validate the warranty. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product or service.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it, without stating a reason. If the deadline falls on a holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, it is extended to the next working day.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal is broken.
- Non-financial services, if delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal lapses upon full execution.
- Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if execution has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal lapses.
How to Use the Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to use your right of withdrawal, please notify us clearly—for example, by emailing hello@nommet.com with your order number and a statement that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. You may also use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of the page, but it is not mandatory.
You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing to receive the order without also notifying us of your intention to cancel. You may also use the standard return form at the bottom of the service terms, but this is not required.
If the Product Is Defective
If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time so we can find a prompt and fair solution. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible, especially if the product was damaged in transit. If you contact us within the first two months, it will always be considered within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds
If a refund is issued, it will be paid out to your primary payment method, if that is not possible, we can arrange a bank transfer - if needed we will ask your bank details (registration number and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided by email or another electronic method without risk, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.
