Shipping policy

Regions & carriers: We ship from Denmark to countries in EU via Postnord primarily, for some markets we also ship using GLS and DAO. When checking out you will always see a complete list of choices for your country. If a generic "Shipping" is mentioned we ship using Postnord.
Dispatch time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days
Delivery time: DK 1–3 business days, EU 3–7 business days. (Delays can occur outside Nommets control since we use external shipping partners. We will always strive to keep customers informed.)
Costs & thresholds:
All costs will be shown on checkout, if will automatically change to show free if you have reached the countries cost threshold for free shipping. The thresholds and minimum prices will always be shown in the top of the website based on the currently chosen market. (All prices include VAT where applicable.)
Duties/Taxes: When purchasing from Nommet, duties and taxes are always included in the sale in EU. For non-EU destinations, duties/taxes may apply.
Undeliverable/Uncollected: Uncollected parcels are treated as returns. See Return Policy for applicable fees.
