General Terms and Conditions
This website is operated by Nommet ApS. In the following, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Nommet ApS. Access to and use of this website, as well as the products and services offered here (collectively referred to as "the services"), are subject to the following terms. By using the services, you accept these terms, which we reserve the right to update continuously. Purchases made via our website are intended for private individuals only; we unfortunately do not offer sales to businesses, which means we cannot modify invoices, add VAT numbers, or issue VAT refunds.

Placing an Order
By placing an order with Nommet ApS, you agree to the following terms and conditions. You must be over 18 years of age and the holder of a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank we accept. If unforeseen issues or unsatisfactory credit information arise after accepting the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order without liability.
When placing an order, you confirm that all information is correct and that you are the authorized user of the payment card used, with sufficient funds to cover the purchase. Please note that some products are not suitable for persons under 18 years of age; take care when purchasing gifts for minors.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email which serves as a receipt, but not as acceptance of the order. A binding agreement is only made when the payment is approved and the amount has been charged via the chosen payment method.
Prices
At Nommet ApS, we reserve the right for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Sold-out products are subject to availability.
Payment
Accepted payment methods are listed at the bottom of the page. Payment is only withdrawn when the item is shipped. All prices are based on the chosen currency and will be shown in the currency chosen, and include VAT. For debit card payments, the amount is reserved according to the card issuer’s terms until the payment is accepted or declined.
Delivery
All products are shipped in secure packaging. You select the delivery method at checkout, and shipping fees depend on order size, weight, and delivery conditions. Available delivery methods are shown during checkout. Damage occurring during shipment is covered by us, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost if necessary. Dispatch times may vary based on availability, and we are not responsible for unforeseen delays.
If a package is not collected, we reserve the right to treat it as a return.
Digital Content
By purchasing digital content, you agree that delivery takes place immediately and that your right of withdrawal is therefore waived, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, section 2, no. 13.

Breach of Terms
If you breach these terms and we do not respond immediately, it does not mean we waive our right to enforce the terms later. We still reserve the right to use all available legal remedies in the event of future or repeated breaches.
Availability
Access to this website is granted temporarily, and we reserve the right to modify or withdraw parts of—or the entire—service without notice. We accept no responsibility for any periods of unavailability, regardless of cause or duration. There may also be times when access to all or part of the site is temporarily restricted.
This website may contain links to external sites not operated by Nommet ApS (“linked sites”). As we do not control these sites, we disclaim any liability for loss or damage resulting from your use of them. Your use of linked sites is subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.
